DESCRIPTION
In most typical sewer cleaning scenarios your team starts each shift filling up prior to arrving at the job site. Work begins and very quickly your team starts using nearly 80-100 gallons per minute. At this rate your team will need to stop working and head off to refill about every 30 minutes. With a ton of time and fuel wasted your team repeats this cycle several times a day.
The Vactor Water Recyler applies initial gravity separation with a series of increasing finer filters to remove debris as small as a human hair from the water and then pump it back into the systems storage tanks for reuse. Pumps, hoses, nozzles and lines are all protected by the filtration system. Plus the system is easy to maintain because it has no moving parts in the body or tanks and is self cleaning.
