The SchellVac SVHX3 is a compact, non-CDL hydrovac engineered to deliver maximum performance without requiring a commercial driver’s license, making it an ideal solution for expanding crew flexibility. Its hydraulic-drive Roots 616 RAM-V PD blower produces 2,200 CFM and 15″ Hg, enabling powerful air excavation capabilities alongside its water system for true dual-mode versatility. Paired with the Interpump T2040 pressure pump and a 300,000 BTU Dynablast boiler, the SVHX3 provides reliable heated water flow for efficient digging in any season. A 300-gallon poly water tank supports extended operation, while its cyclone filtration system ensures effective separation and cleaner airflow through the vacuum system. The fully remote-controlled 6″ telescopic boom delivers 12.7 feet of reach, 320 degrees of rotation, and smooth articulation for precise positioning on tight job sites. Insulated, heated cabinets, heated rear valves, and an air-purge system give operators confidence in cold-weather operation.
