To initiate a return of a part, please complete the following form. Once the form has been completed, include a printed copy of the form in the return item packaging. A JDC representative will review the item and return form and issue a response within 48 hours of receipt.

The customer is responsible for shipping the part to a designated JDC location. We kindly remind customers to ensure proper packaging and include all tags, as the part must be new and in its original, resalable condition.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned part, we will issue a credit accordingly. However, please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined based on the manufacturer’s policies.
